 Solar Plexus - The Solar plexus chakra is the third chakra in the chakra system that starts from the root chakra at the base of the spine and goes all the way up to our crown chakra at the top of our head. The Sanskrit name for the solar plexus is manipura. The solar plexus chakra is location for many very important characteristics, and therefore it is important to make sure that the solar plexus chakra is open and in balance with your other chakras.
